This role will be working alongside the Business Development Directors, to provide support and to follow up on the business activities. The suitable incumbant will be required to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure a smooth flow of business activities and development.

Adecco is partnering with a global executive educational institute, providing one of the top executive educational courses and experience, and they are looking for a Key Account Associate Director to join their expanding team!

The Job:

  • To understand all of the solutions offered by the organization, its faculty, coaches and other affiliated providers, which can then be offered to clients
  • Continuous efforts to understand the needs of clients and non-clients across Asia
  • To identify key customer needs either independently or together with key management team members
  • Engage with key management team members and Custom Programs Development team to engage in following up activities with prospective clients as needed.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of programs with clients
  • Actively engaging with internal stakeholders to understand the scope of the engagement and expectations
  • Actively engaging with the Operations Team to ensure that they are clear on the expectations, and continuously re-engaging with all parties to ensure excellence of client experience
  • Engage in initial interactions with our non-customers in the region to understand their needs that can be met by our open or custom offerings, which can then be handed over to key management team members.
The Talent:
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Min 5-7 years of relevant work experience in the Executive Education industry
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Able to handle clients and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
