They are looking for a Key Account Director, to join their Cross Border team, to strengthen their Enterprise sales effort in Singapore. This B2B business development role will focus on acquiring Enterprise customers and scaling the company to become the preferred platform and service of employers/companies in Singapore for talent recruitment and management in the Southeast Asia and Taiwan region. Key Responsibilities
Growing the business by acquiring and establishing relationships with potential hiring partners, measured by total newly acquired companies, jobs, and revenue from Enterprise clients
Cross-selling various the company\xe2\x80\x99s\xe2\x80\x99 products and services
Collaborating cross-functionally with other teams such as client success, recruiters, product marketing to effectively meet the company\xe2\x80\x99s strategic objectives in terms of sales, profit, and growth targets
Key Requirements
Min. 5+ years of working experience in enterprise B2B sales and/or account management
Proven track record of exceeding or achieving high individual targets in terms of closing deals and gaining revenue, either in sales, account management, or a similar function
High attention to detail, with a process-driven and solution-oriented mindset
Demonstrated track record of career excellence and in leading a team to success
A positive attitude
A good command of English
