Job Description


: Key Account Director Responsibilities:

  • Play an integral role in new business opportunities pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.
  • Focus on developing and maintain clients relationship.
  • Generate new business opportunities through customer engagement, proposal presentation, etc.
  • Work on account management plans and identify key areas for sales improvement.
  • Drive business and marketing plans for all current and future opportunities.
  • Act as Single Point of Contact (SPoC) between customer and internal departments.
  • Motivate the sales team to achieve their best results.
  • Attend industry networking events, conferences to generate new business leads.
  • Provide weekly/monthly report on sales performance and activities.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Key Account Sales Management or Territory Sales and display an attitude that is key to success.
  • Experiences in at least one of the following industries Hospitality, ISP, Telco, TV operator and e-commerce.
  • Strong account management and customer relationship building skills.
  • Proven track records of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business.
  • Fluent speaking, listening and writing in English. Chinese speaking is a plus.
