Key Account Executive (freight Forwarding)

Job Description
The Opportunity:
- Work location: Outram Park
- Working hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
- Up to $4,200, AWS & Medical Benefits
- Manage key client accounts by serving as the primary point of contact
- Build and manage relationships with existing clients
- Address clients on shipment inquiries
- Oversee and expand relationships with key clients
- Monitor customers\' trading trends
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with existing clients and drive additional business
- Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients
- Possess 2 to 3 years of customer service experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
