Job Description
- Working days: 5 days
- Working hours: 9am -6pm
- Location: Bukit Batok Cres (office) / Island-wide
- Sketchup, Lumion, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign
- Architectural / Outdoor sales / building materials / Research
- Ability to work on Sketchup, Lumion, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign is a bonus.
- Experienced in specifying building materials or related products to architects, designers or consultants.
- 3-5 years of experience in relevant industry
- Familiar with building materials for Architectural.
- Possess own transport, class 3 is a must.
- Diploma in Architectural or related industry
- Make cold calls to prospective clients and making appointments.
- Create compelling sales pitches.
- Perform research on competition\'s services.
- Reach out to potential clients on a cyclical basis to inform them about our latest products and services.
