Responsibilities:
Manage and develop strong relationships with key account customers to drive business growth and customer retention.
Manage sales activities for assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client needs.
Support the implementation of global sales and procurement strategies across regional markets.
Understand customer operations, organizational structures, and product requirements to deliver tailored solutions.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and gross profit targets.
Promote the company's values, capabilities, and value proposition to customers.
Prepare and present regular reports summarizing sales performance, customer engagement and revenue metrics.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or account management within the electronic components industry
Proficient in ERP and CRM systems, with strong data management and reporting capabilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
