Collaborate with sales and marketing managers to foster new client relationships, maintain existing connections, and assist in contract negotiations.
Identify and nurture business prospects through compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations at events and exhibitions.
Play a pivotal role in setting strategic and operational objectives to meet company performance targets.
Work closely with the R&D team to elevate product presentations, integrating new features driven by emerging technologies.
Coordinate with manufacturing facilities to address production forecasts, ensure product quality, manage delivery schedules, resolve engineering issues, and optimize pricing.
Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries, generate quotations, and deliver comprehensive after-sales support.
Provide regular updates, including sales reports, projections, and quarterly summaries to the divisional sales manager.
Propose customer visitation plans for existing and potential clients, focusing on issue resolution, gaining market insights, understanding customer expectations, and collecting feedback.
Manage administrative tasks related to planning and budgeting for exhibitions, tradeshows, and advertising campaigns.
Undertake additional responsibilities as necessary to achieve the company\'s sales and marketing objectives.
Job Requirements:
Possess a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in Travel Goods, Hardware products, or related Consumer Electronics sectors.
Hold a degree or diploma in engineering, marketing, or business.
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a strong business acumen and customer relationship management.
Exhibit maturity, self-discipline, and a results-driven approach.
Willingness to engage in international travel, including destinations such as the U.S., Japan, Europe, and other regions.
