Job Description


\xc2\xb7 Attend to sales enquiries, quotations and responding to key account customers\xc2\xb7 Preparation of proposals, quotations & add on form for customers\xc2\xb7 Support Customer Retentions and Renewal of Contracts\xc2\xb7 Raise credit note, debit note, get signatory and approval. Submit to billing department for processing\xc2\xb7 Issuance of Warranty Certificates\xc2\xb7 Update sales lead and retrieve service dockets\xc2\xb7 Recording & prepare reports on Sales Lead, Sales Statistics Report, KPI Reports\xc2\xb7 Prepare monthly Sales Staff Commission\xc2\xb7 Take ownership to report issues, customer request, customer info update to supervisor and other stakeholders\xc2\xb7 Assist in resolving daily operational issues\xc2\xb7 Other Ad-hoc duties & Sales Related supportRequirements\xc2\xb7 GCE \xe2\x80\x9cO\xe2\x80\x9d Level or higher\xc2\xb7 2 years experience in Admin, Sales support coordination\xc2\xb7 Passionate about sales, customer service and building relationships with customers\xc2\xb7 Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality\xc2\xb7 Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft applications a must\xc2\xb7 Able to work in a multicultural environment\xc2\xb7 Service-oriented and able to work under pressureBenefits
