RTC Singapore is hiring a Key Account Manager to be based in Singapore.

As a Key Account Manager, you will take an instrumental role in the sustained growth of RTC in Asia. The role demands you be well versed in the art of managing and growing customer relationships. You will be capable of leading a team, at all levels, ensuring customer expectations are always surpassed through great leadership, process, commercial awareness and innovation. You will help us deliver a \xe2\x80\x9cworld class\xe2\x80\x9d service and experience to all our customers. You will work with the Senior Manager SEA to develop and drive commercial growth our Key Accounts within the business.

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow client relationship via daily interaction, weekly review and quarterly strategy plannings and use the opportunity to build trust
  • Provide consultation, strategy and plans for clients based on their business objectives
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, Account Manager, Project Service & Planning, Operation, Supply Chain to ensure excellent execution
  • Manage accounts sales growth and profitability in line with business objectives
  • Create and implement an annual business plan taking into account all levers of growth: commercial, agreements, new business opportunities, profitability and maintain the highest service level
  • Monitor the accounts\xe2\x80\x99 performance against business plan and develop alternative strategies when needed
  • Exceed client expectations to maximise loyalty and satisfaction and maintain business retention
  • Strong learning agility with the ability to make sound and independent decisions by relying on a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience and judgment when making decisions even in the absence of complete information
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of Commercial Sales/Key Account Experience in Retail industry
  • A collaborator, able to work with multiple stakeholders at the same time Analytical and business-centric
  • Strong negotiator, communication, and interpersonal abilities with good influencing skills
  • Highly self-motivation and driven
  • Able to work independently and function in a dynamic working environment
  • Presentation skills and experience from small to major meetings
