Nearest MRT: Newton / Stevens Road Benefits: 5 days work / School Holidays / 13th month pay / Performance Bonus / Yearly Pay Increment

Main Responsibilities / Duties:

• Prepares breakfast and lunch for children and staff
• Distributes breakfast and lunch to classrooms and Admin Office
• Collects and washes all utensils, cups, plates, bowls and cutleries after every meals
• Maintain high standard of hygiene & clean work area in the Kitchen and Storeroom at all times
• Ensure use of goods on a "First-in, First-out" system with the stock clearly labelled to inculde expiry dates
• Assist in purchasing and marketing within the budget given and accepting deliveries
• Follow food & beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures for food preparation, food storage and cleaning of utensils and equipment
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned

• At least 1 year of work experience in F&B / Hawker business
• Able to work well independently and in a team
• Able to read simple English / Chinese
• Experience in preschool environment will be an added advantage
• Attend courses, if required
