DESIGNATION : Kitchen Assistant (Part Time) - Tekong
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct pre-cooking checks on raw materials.
- Prepare raw materials for the next meal.
- To ensure all raw materials are labelled and dated.
- Wash fruits.
- Make cordial drinks.
- Provide quality service during serving.
- Collect food sample.
- Ensure the kitchen surrounding areas are cleaned properly.
- Operate / record a hot holding cabinet and food warmers.
- Ensure daily operations is aligned to all company policies, procedures and maximum standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Attained FHC
- 1 year working experiences
