About the Company We are an award winning Indian-Pakistani fast casual takeaway concept that believes in twisting up tradition whilst honouring it\xe2\x80\x99s past. What started as a home based business is now growing into a cult following for foodies around Singapore. We are currently looking for a core team of passionate individuals to take the next step with us and create a dent in the local fast food scene. With two locations in Arab Street (takeaway + backend operations) it begs the question\xe2\x80\xa6 are you ready to tandoori with us?
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and hands-on involvement in daily kitchen operations e.g. cooking
- Oversee inventory, ordering and wastage
- Maintain highest quality and consistent products standards
- Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations
- Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs
Requirements:
- 1 or 2 years related experience in a Food & Beverage (F&B) establishment
- A valid Food Hygiene Certificate registered with Singapore Food Agency (SFA)
- Great communication skills with positive, interpersonal skills
- A team player with a good sense of job responsibility and a keen eye for details
Part-timers (1 weekend included): 11am - 7pm or 2pm - 9pm 4 working days per week + 1 standby or; 5 working days per week $10-$12/hr depending on experience
