Position Title: Payroll cum Operations Officer Working Location: Peninsula Plaza [ City hall ] Working Hours: 8am-5pm Working Days: 5 Days, Monday to Friday Salary: $2500-$2800 (Depends on experience) Position Title: Payroll cum Operations Officer Working Location: Peninsula Plaza [ City hall ] Working Hours: 8am-5pm Working Days: 5 Days, Monday to Friday Salary: $2500-$2800 (Depends on experience) Job Scope: Handle phone calls and emails Placement of advertisement for manpower recruitment. Coordination work with the operation team and clients. Liaison work with workers on leave applications. Stock monitoring and consolidate stock orders from cleaners. Collect, check completeness and file all job completion forms from operations team heads Collect, check completeness and file all employment forms/supporting documents received from operations team heads Payroll Preparation and Calculation. Daily updating of attendance and operations schedule. Ad Hoc duties assigned within HR operation matters. Others related work assigned by Manager/Director Job Requirements: Familiar with Microsoft Excel and knowledge on Payroll Calculation. Minimum of three years experience in Payroll.
