Roles & Responsibilities We are recruiting for the world largest Private Bank - L1 Helpdesk & Desktop Support.
Roles and responsibilities :

  • Perform basic Level 1 IT support and escalate issues related to systems, hardware or software issues to level 2 support when required.
  • Understand internal users' needs and provide appropriate technical support and solutions across the company.
  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
  • Set up accounts for new users.
  • Repair and replace equipment as necessary.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
  • Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
