Working Hours: Monday to Friday Working Location: Pasir Panjang Basic Salary: Up to S$ 8,000 + AWS (1 year renewable contract) Cloud Exposure in AWS, GCP & Azure Responsibilities: To support change implementation (includes system patching and upgrades, configuration changes and enhancement etc), and service request To support incident management and handle escalation from L1 Cloud engineers To maintain and update operational documentation if required To support problem management Requirements: Understanding on IT Operations and Service Management and willing to be on standby duty and work after office hours if required Minimum 2 years' experience in supporting cloud infrastructure operations and cloud services in AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Good to have experience and knowledge working in DevOps and/or SRE environment and with tools such as Gitlab, Terraform and Kubernetes.
