- 5.5 days: Mon-Fri, 9am -6pm / 9-1pm

- CBU kits Preparation - Assembling all the kit materials and pasting of barcode labels in respective area of kit box.
- Client Calling - Calling to client for Clinical Skills Assessment (CSA) and Mental Health Quotient (MHQ) verification, calling to arrange for kit delivery.
- Managing Clinical Skills Assessment (CSA) and Mental Health Quotient (MHQ) lifecycle from receiving to verification and completing further follow-ups (if any)
- NCBU\'s (Non-Conforming cord blood units) - Raising NCBU waiver form forwarding to the client for decision making for their CBU, explaining of lab results to client, updating of NCBUs data base accordingly.
- Kit arrangements for delivery by coordinating with logistics and sales team.
- Updating and managing client data base.
- Updating and managing spare kits at the collection sites.
- Monitoring of materials inventory for kit preparation.
- Perform administrative duties as assigned.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Life or Health Sciences / Bachelor\'s Degree in Nursing
