About the role
Lead the implementation of quality requirements from the Group, Regulatory Bodies and customers.
Overall in charge of laboratory activities which include sampling and testing of raw materials and finished products, and environmental monitoring. Ensure competency of internal process control and external laboratory.
Key responsibilities include
Overall in charge of all internal laboratory activities and equipment
Lead the team on RCA and CAPA for quality-related issues to prevent reoccurrence
Maintenance of Quality Plan by incorporating and implementing requirements from Groups, Regulatory bodies and customers
Overall in charge to train and maintain competency of process control
Support site\xe2\x80\x99s internal audit program based on FSSC 22000 standards
Maintain and control of hold & expired stocks
About you
Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Biology/Chemistry/Food Technology/Biochemistry or other Science-related disciplines
FSSC 22000 Internal audit certification will be a plus point
Minimum with 7 years of work experience in the food industries
Prior working experience working in a laboratory environment is a plus point
Has experience in a supervisory role and good stakeholder management skills
Good knowledge of GMP and Food Safety Standards
Experience in SAP is a plus point
Good Communication skill (English) is required
Able to use basic Microsoft offices (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Knowledge of Chocolate, Fat, is a plus point
Knowledge of HACCP is a plus point
Able to work in a fast pace environment
