Minimum QualificationsA Licensed Chemist, Pharmacist or Chemical Engineer or any allied professionA At least five (5) years experienced in Quality Control as Laboratory Supervisor and a total of at least 8 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing company.A Knowledge in physical and chemical analysis, microbiological and packaging material test, product stability testing, Instrumentation (HPLC/Spectrophotometry) and analytical Test Methods.A Knowledgeable in analytical methods validation, process validation, equipment qualifications, Product Quality Review, and Risk assessmentA Sufficient knowledge in PIC/S-GMP, GLP, GDP, and FDA regulatory requirements.A Can perform Internal and Supplier/ Distributor quality audits.A Ability to manage QC Laboratory and motivate QC Personnel.Position OverviewThe QC Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the requirements of Pharmaceutical Quality Systems (PIC/S-GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices are implemented and maintained to ensure accuracy and reliability of material and product testing to provide assurance that finished goods meet the quality required for their intended use. Releases or rejects raw materials, packaging materials, bulk products and finished goods based on laboratory test results against established specifications.Develops standard operating procedures and work instructions required in the operation of quality control, assists in the documentation of validation protocols and reports, and conducts internal and Supplier/ Distributor Quality Audits to sustain compliance to PIC/S-GMP and regulatory requirementsPlans training programs for the enhancement of knowledge and skills to QC personnel and performs annual performance appraisal to determine personnel training needs.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From Php32,000.00 per monthSchedule:
