Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Compile data using instruments to develop QA and QC methods
- Data analysis
- Maintain documentation for the in-process quality check
- Ensure the product complies with the specification during production
- Maintain and document the usage of chemicals and consumables to the list on the inventory list accurately
- Perform physical inventory checks monthly
- Report to supervisor any deviation from out-of-specification incidents and assist in investigating and resolving
- Assist in the implementation of quality improvement projects
- Chemistry background
- Minimum Diploma holder with 2 years working experience
- Some prior experience preferred in QA and QC
- Knowledge in FTIR, auto titrator, UV-VIS and pH meter instruments
- ISO compliance knowledge
- Lab skills, ensure and maintains good 5S cleanliness and safety of the laboratory and production area
- Good working attitude, enthusiastic, passionate, team player and self-motivated
- Able to work under stress
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Detail orientated
- Possess logical and critical thinking
