Job Description
Date: 19-Apr-2023 Location: YONG LOO LIN SCH OF MEDICINE, Kent Ridge Campus, SG Company: National University of Singapore
As part of the Centre for Healthcare Simulation, the job holder will work closely with the rest of the team in providing support to the various medical and nursing, undergraduate and postgraduate skills and other simulation training programs.
The incumbent will also be the key person to liaise with Acad/Admin staff for both UG and PG exam related matters (Equipment setup and consumables needed). Responsibilities: 1. Main simulation technical support for Undergraduate Medicine, Postgraduate Medicine, Nursing Undergraduate and Nursing Postgraduate within the Centre. This also involves programming of simulation scenarios, recording and live viewing of videos for debriefing etc. 2. Coordinates with Case Writers, Exam Team and department admins regarding the use of Simulation Centre for clinical exams and exam related courses (UG & PG). 3. Linen & Stationary In-Charge
Qualifications
- Higher Nitec or Diploma Holder in Nursing or any Medical Healthcare, Life Science, Information Technology, Biomedical Engineering or Engineering related
- Able to communicate concisely with all levels of stakeholders
- Strong in IT, AV and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of clinical practices, procedures and safety issues will be advantageous
- Knowledge of medical terms and jargons will be advantageous
- 1 to 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in an healthcare or education environment will be advantageous
- Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
- A good team player who is able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willing to work on weekends when required
