Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage nursery, landscape operation teams & portfolio of landscaping projects at various sites.

• Seeking new opportunities to expand the landscape business.

• Overseeing preparation of quotations, tender submission for maintenance/arboriculture works/tenders and submit costing.

• Control projects budgetary by reviewing design, specify, plan, operation and schedule.

• Ensure operation plan and schedule landscape management programme for on-going projects in compliance.

• Overseeing maintenance works are carried out at ad-hoc and projects by facilitating technical guidance and support to the project teams

• Able to provide guidance to Operation teams and maintaining quality of work, ensure all professional advice are based on International Society Arboriculture (ISA) standard.

• Execute policies and implement quality control in all projects with the operation teams.

• Ensure compliance on method statements, tree felling plan/conservation measures/protection plan are in line with the relevant authorities.

• Attracting and assigning training to new staff in relation to their job scope, responsibilities, and standards

• Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety guidelines

• Reporting and presentation in board meetings.
  

• Min of Diploma or relevant Management Experience

• Qualification Landscape Related : Diploma/Degree in Landscape Architecture/Design or Certified Practicing Horticulturist / Arborist will have an added advantage

• Min 5 years of relevant project co-ordination with proven track record and work experience in similar industry

• Excellent team player & people management

• Hardworking with a strong sense of urgency and accountability

• Be energetic, proactive, self-driven and highly motivated in driving the business operation.

• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with the employees, customers and regulatory authorities

• Computer literate
