Roles & Responsibilities
Your Role
- Oversee the landscape construction of the project which includes landscape and horticultural construction, horticultural and landscape maintenance
- Plan operation and work schedule, monitor and update landscaping progress reports
- Advice, supervise and resolve issues relating to landscape construction
- Review detailed design drawings and specifications with consultants in compliance with project’s requirements
- Review and coordinate tree & plants care design plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for landscape maintenance
- Possess a Degree/Diploma in Horticulture and Landscape Management from recognized institution and a member of Singapore Institute of Landscape Architects with minimum 10 years’ experience
- Knowledge on Nparks & NEA practices in terms of seeking approval and submission procedures to all government agencies and authorities will be advantageous
- Knowledge on hardscape experience is preferred on irrigation & rainwater harvesting system, ABC water features.
