Main Responsibilities

Perform checks on Import and Export documents drawn under LCs
Liaise with banks to monitor and follow up on Letters of Credits updates
Work closely with operations team to provide clear instructions to bank for process of LC application, negotiation, amendments & etc.
Perform entry of all transaction data and process documents

Requirements

Experience in the Commodities Trading market, ideally with an oil and oil products background
Experience with Letters of Credit (preferred) that are used in the Commodities Trading market
Ideally, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with a major in Finance, Economics or Business Administration
Strong Microsoft office skills
Fluent English required, other languages will be an asset
