The Opportunity:

- Up to $4,000, Bonus (average 3 months)
As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and development of our organization\'s workforce. Reporting directly to the Human Resource Manager, you will join a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to nurturing talent and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
The Job:
- Conduct learning needs analysis to identify training requirements for employees
- Engage with training vendors to deliver customized training programs
- Collaborate closely with government agencies to explore and secure training grants and subsidies
- Assist in the coordination and administration of training activities, including scheduling, logistics, and participant registration
- Monitor training effectiveness and evaluate program outcomes to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
- Bachelor\'s degree
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources, with exposure on learning and development
- Proficiency in Uipath, VBA, and Power BI preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
