ABOUT THE POSITION:

As a SEA Support Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our Le Club FICOFI Advisors (LCFA) across our Southeast Asia Chapter. Your mission is to provide commercial assistance that enables our LCFA to deliver wine offers to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support: Assist LCFAs with tailored commercial guidance to optimise offers and campaigns.

Portfolio Analysis: Review and analyse members' cellars to identify business opportunities and recommend strategic actions.

Stock & Campaign Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our stock, sales campaigns, and priorities to guide offer selection.

Member Engagement: Ensure members receive curated wine recommendations that reflect their preferences and enhance their experience.

Collaboration: Work closely with LCFAs to align on objectives and provide timely, accurate support.

You will receive:

Comprehensive onboarding and in-depth training on wines, offers, distribution, pricing, and sales campaigns.

Exposure to events and direct interaction with customers.

Dedicated LCFA training and mentorship focused on wine knowledge and advisory skills.

Potential evolution, depending on performance:

Within 12/24 months, opportunity to progress into a frontline role as Junior LCFA.

Location to be determined depending on Company needs (Hong Kong or Singapore; US unlikely due to visa constraints).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
