Argyll Scott are partnered with a multi-national, market leading Financial organization who are about to create an internal Change Management Office. (CMO). The role of the Lead Change Communications Consultant will be to lead a team of communications professionals with designing and creating internal PR and communications that will effectively convey the purpose and the \'why\' of the newly formed CMO and most importantly bring fellow employees with them throughout the change journey.Who Are You?

• You are an experienced Communications professional with a background in working for organisations who have gone through significant change or transformation programs.
• You are passionate and positive in respect to Change / Transformation and how if communicated properly a workforce can be engaged and motivated to come along for the journey.
• You may possess certifications or have practical experience in the areas of Design Thinking or Human Centered Design.
• You have experience leading and motivating a team of communications professionals - content creators, copyrighters, etc.
• Ideally you will have worked within the Financial Services industry previously, although this is not essential.
• You will not be phased by working with a degree of ambiguity and will in fact thrive being part of the creation of something new and significant within the organization.
• A great team player, able to work with other Senior Stakeholders engaged in the company\'s change and transformation initiatives.
