Role Responsibilities
6-month Fixed Term Contract

  • The Senior Lead, TB Engagement will be supporting the delivery and execution of all communication and engagement activities pertaining to the integration of TB Corporate and FI Sales into TB and all related change communications activities.
  • The incumbent will work closely with the Project team to deliver timely communications updates and activities globally around progress and developments pertaining to the integration of the teams into TB.
  • The aim is to drive alignment and understanding of the structural and organisational changes and how they align to the TB and CCIB strategy. It also aims to build the One TB identity and alignment across the organisation through clear and impactful content in various formats and through various channels.
Strategy
  • Partner with Project Management office, HR and other stakeholders to deliver timely messages and communications to the global teams
  • Act as a communication advisors to the Project management team delivering the integration of the teams
  • Deliver communications material and collaterals to ensure clarity and transparency of the integration and organisational changes across TB
  • Building and maintaining Internal communications channel management, including Bridge pages, distribution lists, newsletters, intranet, townhalls and dedicated people topical sessions etc.
Business
  • Draft and coordinate communications material including newsletters, emails, videos and explainers
  • Prepare briefing packs, key messages and FAQs to explain changes and update frontline teams on the progress of the integration
  • Produce collaterals, videos, infographics, scripts, visual and written communication material and relevant communications templates
  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure consistency of communication activities and messaging across the Business, Technology and Operations
  • When needed, collaborate with external vendors to ensure strategic initiatives are rolled out in accordance with the highest standards of professionalism and quality execution
  • Ensure flawless execution of complex communication projects across various markets and product lines
Processes
Measurement and Feedback
  • Track communication adoption and interaction by leveraging analytics and anecdotal feedback
  • In partnership with respective partners, proactively manage surveys for constant feedback
  • Define and implement tools and procedures to gather, document and report feedback
  • Propose ideas to address and manage responses to feedback
Risk Management
  • Ensure there is due diligence on vendor capabilities and service records when evaluating vendors
  • Manage and ensure communication budgets are within approved spend
Governance
  • Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role
  • Provide insight and business validated input on PEDs, RED packs, project closure and status report
  • Adhere to financial governance, supply chain management and procurement guidelines for third party vendor sourcing arrangements.

  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Other Responsibilities
  • Embed Here for good and Group\'s brand and values in Transaction Banking; Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures;
Our Ideal Candidate
  • 8+ years of experience in Banking Industry.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Communications, Marketing or Journalism
  • Experience in an Internal or external Communications role in Banking ideally Corporate and Investment Banking or Business-to-Business industries
  • Ability to challenge and influence direction of communications and engagement strategy
  • Knowledge of internal communications digital and traditional channels and best practice, ideally at a global level
  • Project Management and Change Management Skills
  • Understanding of organisational barriers to effective communication in large, complex organisations with a global scale
  • Knowledge of frontline roles, frontline effectiveness drivers, change management in relation to frontline and client operational risks and technology innovation
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of a diverse, global organisation
  • Exceptional collaboration skills, strong team player
  • Strong emphasis on self-reliance, confidence and commitment to delivering for clients, stakeholders and the team
  • Effective and creative communications skills to inform and engage a global audience
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to write for an online audience and familiar with using social collaboration platforms
