Introduction
As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• You will bring your proven SuccessFactors experience and HR knowledge to actively lead projects and guide clients through requirements gathering and contribute to business process improvement, stakeholder engagement, change management, quality assurance, risk management and user enablement.
• Lead, Implement and support the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) projects.
• Lead business process design.
• Performing system demonstrations.
• Facilitating customer workshops.
• Establish credibility with clients and team members, ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions with the client project team.
• Configure & Enhance SuccessFactors solution to meet client requirements.
• Prepare documentation and training materials as and when needed.
• Ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines, and the quality of deliverables meet client expectations.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 5 years of SuccessFactors experience
• Implementation experience with SuccessFactors EC module (at least 3 implementation projects).
• Must be certified in Employee Central (EC) SuccessFactors module.
• Proficient in gathering & assessing requirements from business owners.
• Excellent understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process.
• Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and standard SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution.
• Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution in compliance with the Best Practices.
• Hands-on all the Data Models and excellent knowledge of XML.
• Must have been a team lead for at least 1 successful implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central modules.
• Must have worked on MDF, foundation objects, associations, Business rules and workflows.
• Must have worked on SuccessFactors set up of role-based permissions for Employee Central.
• System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook/Business Blueprint.
• Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts.
• Perform cutover activities and hyper-care/post-go-live support.
• Strong learning ability - agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments.
• Conduct SF Training to Key Users.
• Fluent written and spoken English language skills.
• Work well with people in the team.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint and Excel.
