Monitoring EMS Gantries and coordinate with onsite support on daily preventive maintenance of the outstation

Monitoring of batch jobs (Dollar Universe)
Tape backup and unload/load backup tapes. Offsite tape dispatch from/to Iron Mountain
Infra Monitoring, Syslog, Alerts, VEPD alerts
Executing batch jobs request from users
Escalate to next level, application team or FCC/Building if there is any faulty/outages
Coordinate and assisting of users during DR exercise
