What the role is:HTX is the world\'s first Science and Technology agency that integrates a diverse range of scientific and engineering capabilities to innovate and deliver transformative and operationally-ready solutions for homeland security. • The job holder will develop ICT projects\' design leveraging on the future enterprise initiatives and deliver the architecture plan. \xe2\x80\xa2 The ICT systems architecture developed by the job holder will need to be modernised on a Cloud technology and platform. \xe2\x80\xa2 The job holder needs to engage the suppliers and steer them into the longer-term vision of HTX. \xe2\x80\xa2 The architecture design also needs to be future proof. It should be able to interoperable and integrate with the rest of the eco-systems. Easy integration and interoperability with a view to flexibility and agility for the business is a pre-requite for longer term sustainable and credible architecture work. \xe2\x80\xa2 The job holder needs to have a right mix of skills ranging from operation understanding, process, governance and technical depth to deliver a sound architecture plan. \xe2\x80\xa2 Jobholder needs to stay abreast of technology especially in Cloud Technology and build expertise to aid HTDs/HTX in the transformation ahead.

What we are looking for:

• Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Communications Engineering or relevant field of studies. \xe2\x80\xa2 2 years of working experience preferably in ICT Solution Architecture \xe2\x80\xa2 Prior experience in Project Management \xe2\x80\xa2 Prior experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in Cloud Technology \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to cope with reasonably high level of stress. Demonstrate resiliency, drive and level headedness. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possesses good verbal and written communication skills. All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
