However, a good team of HTX engineers will help to bring these possibilities and benefits to reality. The Job Holder will assist Head (MHQ Corporate System) to ensure the continuity and sustainment (and adherence to IM8) for the existing and new NS Portal (and e-Services) for MHA HRD.What you will be working on:The jobholder will be responsible for the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee the planning, implementation, and sustainment of the MHA NS Portal and e-Services, working closely with various stakeholders, including HTD project managers and IT solution providers/vendors. \xe2\x80\xa2 Consolidate requirements across HTDs, obtain approval for project requirements, and ensure timely project delivery within the committed schedule and budget, ensuring project issues are timely resolved or escalated to management for attention. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide regular updates to WOG/MHA/HTX management on project progress and manage project risks effectively. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify potential project risks early and assess its implications to the organisation and project, and to recommend mitigating measures to manage the risks and minimise project delay. \xe2\x80\xa2 Effectively engage and manage all relevant stakeholders to deliver system. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure proper integration and testing of all hardware and software components so the system is delivered according to contractual requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare technical documents such as technical specifications (for tenders), system design documents, technical interface agreements, various test plans (factory acceptance, on site acceptance, etc.) and test reports, if required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with external agencies and/or Home Team Departments (HTDs) to bring in the necessary systems and data through proper technical interface agreements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and ensure the operational efficiency of MHA NS Portal and e-Services, including vendor compliance, hardware/software updates, and budget management, while also addressing cybersecurity audit findings and enforcing government-mandated ICT security measures.What we are looking for:

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or relevant disciplines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably more than 3-5 years of relevant working experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Participated in delivering system and software product with past development experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good analytical, interpersonal, collaboration, communications, and facilitation skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Competent, self-motivated, pro-active, dedicated, and responsible self-starter. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in implementation of projects in at least one of the following areas (Cloud Computing, Agile Methodologies, Data Analytics, AR/VR, Design Thinking) will be an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Certification in Project Management and Enterprise Architecture will be an added advantage too All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
