You will be responsible for implementing best practices in lead generation campaigns and will work closely with the business development team to consistently cultivate the sales pipeline. Working with a team of successful lead generation specialists your key responsibilities will be;

• Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads and appointment setting for external sales team
• Identify key decision makers and influencers
• Collect relevant business information and market intelligence
• Collaboratively work with the sales, marketing team and management to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers
• Initiates lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Providing consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications
• Effectively communicate and present the product solutions and value propositions to customers
• Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports to management
• Reach and exceed key performance indicators including calls scheduled, calls completed, opportunities qualified, and deals closed from meeting
• Work with the sales and operations teams to provide customer service around existing orders
• Collaborate and innovate with team on how best to connect with potential customers

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• At least 2 years related experience in Sales, Telemarketing or Lead Generation in technology industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Highly adept in Office Applications
