However this doesn't happen without some really awesome people making it happen. As of that, we are looking for a Lead / Head, Operations to work in our regional APAC team. You will be responsible for supporting the APAC countries to provide a better experience to our customers through more efficient logistics.

What you will do

• You will be leading the team at the core of foodpanda Logistics Operations in APAC.
• As the Lead for Logistics Performance, you will manage a team whose responsibilities include optimizing marketplace operations (rider pay schemes, supply & demand) and geozonal infrastructure, among other things.
• In this role, you will be responsible for enabling growth opportunities for our core and new business verticals, including

. * You will work at a regional scale to improve operations performance across our 12 markets in APAC.

• Potential projects:

• Development and implementation of dynamic incentive schemes for riders.
• Set up and fine tuning of product solutions (like surge pricing) to manage imbalances in supply and demand.
• Geozonal infrastructure set up and adjustment according to the latest demand trends.
• Drive experimentation initiatives related to order dispatching algorithms.
• Set and execute action plans to improve Operational KPIs that directly impact CX.
• Automatization and optimization of our partner vendors' delivery areas setup.
