What the role is:You will be part of a team to strategise, plan and execute MOH\'s engagement and partnership efforts. This will include (i) planning and developing stakeholder engagement strategies, (ii) organising effective public consultations and engagements and (iii) partnering stakeholders to strengthen communications on key healthcare policies and initiatives. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.What you will be working on:Reporting directly to the Deputy Director (Strategic Engagement and Partnership), you will drive the following workstreams: - Formulate and develop citizen and stakeholder engagement strategies to promote balanced understanding of MOH\'s narratives and policies, obtain input/ sensing to inform policy areas and cultivate third-party advocates to show support for MOH\'s programmes and initiatives - Map stakeholders around relevant healthcare issues and intended policy outcomes, and design key messaging for the various target audiences - Review and propose the relevance of engagement findings to strengthen policy outcomes and ministry objectives - Design novel engagement approaches for different stakeholder groups to drive more effective outcomes - Plan and execute mass and targeted engagement forums and events. Events planning and operations - organised and executed public events of various scales 4.
