Monday - Friday [ 9am - 6pm ]
Alternative Saturday [ 9am - 1pm ] * Salary: $3,000 - $4,000

The company has offices in several countries of Asia with headquarters at Singapore.Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in merchandising, preferably within the footwear or fashion industry.
• Ability to interpret sales data and market research to make informed decisions.
• Market Insight: Deep understanding of market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity in the footwear industry.
• Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies.
• Product Line Planning: develop merchandising strategies that align with brand and business objectives.
• Assortment Management: Create and manage product assortments, ensuring a balanced and compelling range of footwear offerings.
• Sales Forecasting: Analyse sales data and market trends to forecast product demand and optimise inventory levels.
• Visual Merchandising: Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation in retail environments.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure footwear aesthetics match the market trends
• Product Launches: Coordinate and support product launches, ensuring timely delivery and effective marketing support.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor product performance and provide actionable insights to improve future assortments and merchandising strategies.
• Consumer Engagement: Engage with sales teams and consumers to gather feedback and insights, helping to inform product development and marketing efforts.
