Job Description
:We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our Taiwan team with approximately 3-4 sales professionals, we are in search of a future team lead to guide and inspire the team.The ideal candidate will preferably be based in Taichung, although Taipei is also an option, with a willingness for frequent travel to central areas. The current Department Manager is situated in Taichung, where our office is located. While several interviews have taken place, the identified challenge lies in finding candidates with a profound understanding of the power plant domain, coupled with familiarity with the Power Grid and basic knowledge of electrical route maps. Recognising the difficulty in this hire, we are open to considering alternative agent support to identify suitable candidates.In addition to our presence in Taiwan, we operate in markets across South East Asia. Looking ahead, there are plans to expand the renewable department in Taiwan by adding 1-2 manpower. The broader Asia-Pacific (APAC) region is anticipated to experience continued growth in 2024.Our regional headquarter is based in Singapore, necessitating overseas travel within the APAC region as a requirement for the role. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the company in the dynamic field of renewable energy.
