Responsible for the procurement and management for all maintenance spares to ensure our trains/vehicles/equipment have sufficient spares for continual maintenance without delay
Provide logistic and engineering spare support to all Rolling Stock sections including trains and light rail vehicles
Procure and evaluate engineering parts for maintenance needs
Manage and control department control document
Provide and update procedures, processes and instructions are available for staff and/or contractors to undertake overhaul and repair tasks safely and to the correct technical requirements
Provide support to rerailment team during incident
Provide support to Operation during service disruption
Ensure spares procured are in accordance to the safety standards
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma holder in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering
Preferably 2 years of working experience in procurement function for engineering systems
Knowledge in handling spare and procurement procedure
Analytical mind
Resourceful
Good communication skills
Strong team player
