Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the procurement and management for all maintenance spares to ensure our trains/vehicles/equipment have sufficient spares for continual maintenance without delay
- Provide logistic and engineering spare support to all Rolling Stock sections including trains and light rail vehicles
- Procure and evaluate engineering parts for maintenance needs
- Manage and control department control document
- Provide and update procedures, processes and instructions are available for staff and/or contractors to undertake overhaul and repair tasks safely and to the correct technical requirements
- Provide support to rerailment team during incident
- Provide support to Operation during service disruption
- Ensure spares procured are in accordance to the safety standards
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma holder in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering
- Preferably 2 years of working experience in procurement function for engineering systems
- Knowledge in handling spare and procurement procedure
- Analytical mind
- Resourceful
- Good communication skills
- Strong team player
