Overview

A well-established marine company located in Singapore is seeking a Lead Process Engineer on 2 years contract. Benefits:

• S$ 7000 – 9500 basic salary per month depending on relevant experience with FPSO projects
• 14 days annual leave
• 14 days medical leave
• Medical fees will be borne by employee
• 2 years contract
• 2 months basic salary upon completion of 2 years contract
• 730 am to 530 pm Mon to Thurs, 730 am to 430 pm Fri
• Company shuttle bus at designated MRT stations

Responsibilities:

• Develop/Review philosophies and design specification for Process.
• Develop/Review technical specifications for topside process modules.
• Develop/Review PFDs, P&IDs, data sheets, etc.
• Develop/Review material take-off and cost input for Process discipline.
• Ensure the design meets regulatory, class, client and corporate requirements.
• Perform Process calculations and simulations.
• Participate in project HAZOP sessions.
• Coordinate, plan and schedule Process activities to ensure a logical sequence and timely preparation, review and revision of all related documents.
• Preparation of equipment package documentation, information, communications, data sheets, engineering specifications, and ensuring conformance to all Codes.
• Technical evaluation of vendor quotations including preparation of technical bid comparisons.
• Follow-up with design development, construction and testing activities.
• Review vendor documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements.

Requirement:

• A degree from a recognized tertiary institute with at least 5 years relevant working experience, preferably in marine/ offshore industry.
• Well versed with FPSO marine & topsides systems design and detail design.
• Competent in Microsoft Office, Autocad.
• Experienced in use of process simulation software such as HYSYS.
• Knowledge of Classification Rules, Offshore Standards
