The Deliveries Reliability team is a group of product managers, designers, engineers, strategists, and analysts focused on improving the reliability of online food and grocery delivery by exploring new and innovative ideas to improve fulfillment rates on the platform while continuing to push for affordability at the same time. Ensuring high service levels of fulfillment becomes a challenge during periods of high demand such as peak lunch and dinner hours, heavy rains, festivals, and holidays. The team\xe2\x80\x99s scope is to determine how to fill as many orders as possible during such times. This will include directing consumers to the right set of merchants by using merchant radius, and delivery fee surges amongst many other levers such that driver wait times at merchants can reduce and batch rates could go up. Our mission is to ensure that the consumer never has to worry about if their order would be delivered or not
Get to Know the Role
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the thinking process and end-to-end development of strategy and products that would shape the demand for Grab\xe2\x80\x99s services to maximize the platform\xe2\x80\x99s reliability, delivering a delightful and impactful consumer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop roadmaps and drive product development from ideation to launch.
The Day-to-Day Activities:
Own and drive the strategy and product roadmap to shape consumer demand for Grab\xe2\x80\x99s services (GrabFood and GrabMart) to improve the overall reliability of the platform ensuring a more delightful experience for consumers and driver partners.
Work closely with data scientists and product analysts to generate insights on user behavior and market dynamics of Grab\xe2\x80\x99s marketplace model.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to define an ambitious strategy, and develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog.
Ship minimum-loveable products based on quantitative and qualitative data on user behavior and experimentation (e.g. a/b testing, survey data, usability studies).
Define success metrics and consistently measure the impact of your work.
The Must-Haves:
7+ years in product management, preferably at a tech company.
Strong background in working with data scientists and complex data sets to deliver high-impact projects.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
