Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends and patterns in fraudulent activity and develop strategies to reduce risk while balancing user experience
• Collaborate with engineering, data, product, operations teams or external vendors to design and launch scalable detection systems and fraud prevention tools
• Oversee the performance of fraud detection systems, assess gaps, and propose changes for higher efficiency
• Report on fraud trends and metrics, and provide recommendations for improvement to senior leadership
• Lead a team of developers and data scientists, establish success metrics and drive full lifecycle product management
• Serve as the single point of contact and act as a consultant for other teams on risk-related questions

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, engineering \xe2\x80\x93 or equivalent experience
• 7+ years experience working as a product manager including experience on Payments, Anti-Fraud, Trust & Safety, Risk, or Dispute teams
• The ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans
• Familiarity with high-traffic e-commerce APIs and web payment gateways, credit card systems, login security, identity management systems, anti-spam and bot detection.
• Strong analytical skills, including experience with data analysis and attention to detail
• Experience working with data scientists or data analysts on risk-related machine learning models
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
