Job Profile Summary:

Reporting to the Lead, Learning & Development Delivery, you will be leading a team and be responsible for setting the Sales Advisory Standards for the company. This will include developing and maintaining a sales advisory process that considers the customers, agency force and company, while adhering to compliance with regulatory requirements.

:

  • Establish and implement sales advisory standards that take care of our customers and meet regulatory requirements
  • Provide leadership and support to the distribution function and agency force in the maintenance of the quality procedures and controls on sales advisory which includes training and educating the distribution force
  • Identify any gaps or areas of improvements in existing sales advisory process to ensure the company is kept abreast of the latest changes and development so that the distribution channels continue to deliver a compliant sales advisory process
  • Manage the quality and delivery of the sales systems to working with IT from the end to end process that includes raising WR, doing UAT and deployed according to regulatory requirements
  • Ensure the success of product implementation and delivery by actively participating in the Product Delivery Team meetings, drafting product features, benefits and limitations as well as deviation rules of all new or enhanced products
  • Manage special projects / initiatives by facilitating discussions with stakeholders on requirements, planning resources, updates and implementation of project

Working Experience:
  • At least 5 to 7 years of working experience preferably with relevant, field experience in sales compliance and/ or review of fact find recommendations
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in leading a team
Education:
  • Degree in any discipline, preferably with insurance related certifications
Language:
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
