Job Profile Summary:
Reporting to the Lead, Learning & Development Delivery, you will be leading a team and be responsible for setting the Sales Advisory Standards for the company. This will include developing and maintaining a sales advisory process that considers the customers, agency force and company, while adhering to compliance with regulatory requirements.
