Responsibilities

• This role is to provide support to Singtel ASOC Infrastructure and assist the Managed Security Devices (MSD) Delivery Teams with customer delivery.
• Use TCP/IP networking skills and technical knowledge in one or more security products
• Work with Project Managers and MSD Team on specifically designated customer projects for provisioning
• Maintain and upkeep existing network infrastructure
• Support change requests, change management
• Support SDMs and the team as required, during high peak workload period
• Work under pressure with tight schedules and aggressive rollout plans
• Evaluate, test and deploy all upgrade and patches to network infrastructure.
• Proactive monitoring of all network devices using combination of tools to ensure high availability and SLA.
• Collect and review network utilization for capacity planning
• Interface with vendors for procurement and maintenance of network infrastructure.
• Create and maintain documentation for procedures.

• Possess good knowledge with BGP and MPLS
• Possess installation and troubleshooting experience with Cisco, Juniper, Bluecoat, Pulse Secure network equipment’s.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong oral (phone) and written (email) communication skills

• Deadline and detail oriented

• Cloud Solutions like AWS, MS Azure
• Network Security Architecture Design
• TCP/IP Networking Configuration & Troubleshooting
• Windows / Unix / Linux Operating System Configuration & Troubleshooting
• Firewall Policy Design & Management
• Understanding of other security solutions like EDR, DLP, PIM
• Preferably to have security certifications (e.g CISSP, CISA, GCIH)
• Must Possess network related certificates such as CCNP/CCIE, JNCIS/JNCIP
