Job Description


What the role is:The Lead/ Senior Associate (Capability & Organisation Development) plays a key role in the review, development and implementation of strategies and programmes in competency and leadership development. You will identify learning needs, curate training programmes, administer and shape policies and frameworks to develop the skills and competencies of our workforce to enhance organisational capability.What you will be working on:Areas of responsibilities include: Collaborate with senior leadership to conceptualise and implement capability frameworks and programmes to build staff capability and talent. Plan and organise seminars, webinars, and communities of practice within the organisation. Evaluate and review learning and development programmes to ensure relevance and effectiveness. Manage administrative functions such as budget, management reports, course nominations and attendance records. Support corporate events.What we are looking for:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Human Resource Development, Organisation Development, or related fields. Able to think critically and solve problems efficiently. Detail-oriented and organised. Good time management skills to deliver results that meet timelines. Strong written and oral communication skills.
