Changi Airport Group (CAG) is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our service training arm. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in growing the service training arm, with a focus on developing and facilitating impactful learning experiences, charting the business strategy, as well as research into next generation service innovations. This position offers a unique opportunity to build thought leadership for CAG, deepen engagement with the public and airport community.This is a both a leadership and execution role. As such, you must be comfortable in managing multi-stakeholders, presenting to a large audience and senior management engagement. In addition, you should possess a sharp acumen in business development, fluent salesmanship and effective project management skills.
