At STERIS, we help our Customers create a healthier and safer world by providing innovative healthcare and life science product and service solutions around the globe.The Difference You Will MakeAs our business grows, we are looking to further strengthen our Asia Pacific Service business by hiring a Service Training Manager to align the vision and direction of the technical training & process training (including process changes/change management) function.You develop staff and ensures training programs are continuously improved/updated to optimize training outcomes. You will be responsible for achieving training competencies targets, designing new training offerings based on Customer/Dealer feedback and market trends - such as, regional training for on-site Customer/Dealer training, web-based and instructor led training at different STERIS facilities in Asia or reference hospitals. You are also responsible for the global technical/maintenance product training for STERIS Corporation for delivery to STERIS technicians and International Dealers. Furthermore, you take care of new hire sponsor program, including coaching, providing guidance and monitoring the performance of the field sponsors. You will also be responsible for indirectly supervising & monitoring the performance of the regional trainers ensuring training standards are met.What You Will Do
