Lead and drive number and revenue targets across all lines of business through:
Establish channels of recruitment agents and feeder schools and universities.
Develop a comprehensive recruitment and marketing plan which includes participation in recruitment activities such as exhibitions, seminars, alumni events to meet the set student admission targets
Lead conversion activities including attendance at events and discussions with potential students and their parents and offer education advice and guidance
Enhance SIM\xe2\x80\x99s in-market value proposition to differentiate against competitive offerings.
Manage effective launch of new programmes in-country
Corporate Engagement - Identify, maintain, and develop relationships with key bodies including embassies, government agencies, and private sector companies (for creating internship, career and sponsorship opportunities)
Collaborate with Marketing to build marketing plans to drive recruitment numbers.
Maintain a data-driven approach to recruitment, monitoring application and admission trends, and reporting on all phases of the recruitment process to the Regional Recruitment Office
Process Innovation: Review and innovate existing systems and processes so that digitalisation and automation will aid in achieving cost-effectiveness. Work across and within departments to ensure efficient operational processes are in place. Work with internal departments to ensure smooth admission of students.
Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Managing assigned country budget allocation, prepare reports and forecasts as required.
Managerial and Business Leadership: Oversee manpower skills and resources to ensure team efficiency, effectiveness and engagement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, preferably in marketing, business, international relations, or field of study with a global orientation
At least 5 years of relevant experience, proven skills in Sales, Business Development and Partnership Management
Experienced in Sales/Business Management with evidence of achieving sales targets
Experience in formulating strategies, budget and strategic planning
Experience in managing a multinational team
A good combination of high intelligence, emotional and cultural quotient
Strong interpersonal skills and team
Able to liaise well with English and Mandarin speaking stakeholders / students / parents
Flexibility and ability to deliver tasks/projects within timelines.
