The Lead, Strategic Account Management will have prior experience in managing teams, and working closely with management in driving business growth. This role will be based in Singapore and will report to the Head of Account Management.



People Management

  • Manage performance KPIs for your team of Strategic Account Managers, including setting and reviewing targets on a periodic basis & guiding them to achieve it
  • Attend vendor meetings relevant to your team\'s portfolio, to support on monthly/quarterly business reviews, vendor enquiries and decision-making
  • Coach and train your team members to maximize both their career goals and the company\'s goals
  • Be the go-to person for your team\'s business challenges & client escalations
  • Performance management to ensure a high level of ownership to deliver on business goals
Business Management
  • Manage senior external stakeholders (HoD/Directors/CEO)
  • Be active in strategic conversations such as POS transition and commission re-negotiations, among many others
  • Personally drive high-level discussions on revenue generation, growth campaigns (deals) and operational improvements through cross-functional collaboration
  • Participate in periodic and ad-hoc internal meetings, including but not limited to, project meetings and management reviews
Administrative
  • Day-to-day personnel management (leave planning, workforce management, performance reviews)
  • Reviewing and consolidating the team\'s variable pay on a monthly basis
  • Interviewing candidates for the Strategic Account Manager role
  • Assigning Learning & Development courses for team members
  • Strong grasp of data extraction, analysis and drawing insights to shape decisions
Innovation and Automation
  • Ideate and propose new ways to improve existing SOPs & engagement of our key brands with foodpanda
Requirements:
  • Prior proven experience and the passion in building/managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous eCommerce, high tech, or F&B experience is required
  • A natural flair for building relationships.
  • Outgoing personality, always ready to meet clients and understand their needs!
  • Comfortable with data analysis and business process improvement.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate with both external (vendors) and internal (regional/global/local) teams across departments.
