Analytics & Reporting- Engage with stakeholders in order to understand their business processes, imperatives, constraints and priorities- Build, develop and maintain automated reporting systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions- Discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities by using advanced analysis techniques- Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to team members/stakeholders.- Prepare relevant presentations, reports and analysis to provide foresight to local, regional and global management.- Understand how the data is generated throughout the systems (when and how / during which processes and activities / data flows)- Manage the development pipeline for fast solution delivery- Design, develop and deploy data analytics solutions for company ??? Data visualization, Data Source & Data model designs- Communicate developed data analytics solutions to the organization- Monitor usage patterns and remedial initiatives to entrench usage- Perform deep data investigation into data incident issues. Good combination of knowledge of company data & business model, source application systems and data transformation processing- Case management of data investigation support requests- Provide BI expertise and ensure standard quality of BI outputs- Manage providing system functionality, dashboards and other reporting deliverables from business requirements and to carry out both functional and account management dutiesJob Requirements: - Degree in Computer Science, Business Technology or equivalent.- Experience in working with Datalake, managing data flows that integrate information from various sources into a common pool implementing data pipelines based on the ETL model.- Strong Tech lead in Development, problem-solving skills, and algorithms.- Solid expertise in Data Analytics tools & technologies ??? PowerBI, Tableau, Azure Data warehouse or equivalent, SQL, Python, R-Language, SAP DW.- Developing end to end data analytic project with Azure Cloud data extraction, modeling to visualization in logistics, warehouse and supply chain management environment- Strong competency in building complex data marts using SQL and Python; developing end to end data analytic project with modeling to visualization in logistics, warehouse and supply chain management environment- Multiple years of experience leading a team of Data Analysts- Min 7 years of experience in creating complex reports and dashboards in Power BI, (or similar)- Solid experience in designing solutions across different business functions- Experience in interactions with senior management- Preferred experience in Logistics and Transport industryCompensation: - AWS- Performance bonus depending on company and individual performance- Discounted Air Tickets for staff and their family members- Mon ???
