Job Responsibilities/Requirements:

Role Summary As a Lead System Analyst, you will work with the team on the financial related modules. It includes, and not limited to, billing, bill presentation, invoice generation, dunning and journaling.

• Participate in discovery, clarification and solutioning sessions with product owners, internal teams, software and delivery partners to analyse business requirement
• To design, improve and resolve the end-to-end DevOps and implementation process, including: configuration, coding, testing, post-implementation maintenance, etc
• Understand the current system security measures and implement security enhancements in line with company’s Cyber Security Policy Participate in planning test cases, guiding of test activities and E2E verification with other OSS/BSS components.
• Support user verification enquiries and arrange for clarifications with software partners
• Perform production post-deployment verifications and support
• Take ownership of the production activities and processes, provide the solution for automation.
• Document and maintain technical design specifications.
• Work with Finance users on monthly verifications of production bills, billing, dunning, journal and financial related items.
• Monitor and follow up production issues and fixes.
• Work with software and delivery partners to ensure SLA is met.

• Degree in Computer Science with more than 6 years of relevant working experience in Information Technology or related discipline
• Working experience in Telco industry is preferred, with knowledge of billing systems.
• Hands-on experience performing development, application testing activities and handling user enquiries
• Experience in solving complex technical challenges within an Agile team environment.
• Experience with cloud-based environment, Javascript, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Azure functions, Structured Query Language (SQL) and report design tools
• Familiar with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
• Highly energetic, motivated team player, able to work under tight timelines and pressure to participate in digital transformation journey
• Willing to learn, organised, meticulous, and able to work independently with good interpersonal, written and communication skills.
