Job Description

As our new Senior Manager Workplace Strategy, you will be responsible for leading high-quality strategic workplace research, consultancy and change management projects. Working closely with the business and market research teams across locations , you will implement and lead workplace design research projects and support marketing and business development team where appropriate to develop new business opportunities.

Specific responsibilities

• Lead Change Management projects with direct engagements, coordination and management of the client organisations and their internal user groups.
• Develop the Programme level change management plan to manage and coordinate the activities of stakeholder groups at each level within the client organisations.
• Identify and determine the role and responsibility for an overall \xe2\x80\x9cChange Champion\xe2\x80\x9d within client organisations and work with them to develop a robust governance structure for change. This includes (but not limited to) Change Strategy, Stakeholder Engagement Plan, Communication Plan and Activities, Change Run Sheet and managing Change Schedule.
• Detail the proposed activities required at each level of change. Ensure the implementation programme fits within the overall Strategic Programme for the project.
• Develop a communications programme including (but not limited to) the development of collaterals for regular newsletters, FAQs for Intranet, building-wide email campaign, SLACK channel, animations, videos, internal intranet site, and all the change management activities to be delivered in the run up to the move and post occupation, while coordinating with the respective teams from the client organisations.
• Propose change and communication collateral including information to be provided by the Professional Team. Work with the Professional Team to understand how the design will benefit client user groups and visitors and which design elements should be communicated and when, to the benefit of the Change and Communications Strategy.
• Throughout the engagement, design and create the material and forums required to deliver the scope of services, including Focus Groups, town halls, open houses, workspace tours, technology training, ergonomics sessions , presentation decks and face-to-face/virtual meetings with managers and staff. This may include the setting up and running of training sessions at Programme and/or Project level to the team, including Change Champions and preparing stakeholders for their speaking or training roles.

• Promote WPS as value added services to build client relationships/ client advocacy.
• Lead and manage RFP queries for Workplace Strategy (WPS) as well as integrate WPS + CM (Change Management) as part of Design Consultancy Services RFP and Design & Build RFP.
• Lead consulting engagements to provide clients with best solutions available.
• Establish new research studies or enhance existing research in order to reduce occupancy costs, attract/retain employees, enhance employee productivity, support change management and culture transformation.
• Using primary and secondary research data and working closely with market research and analytics lead, drive the analysis and synthesis of information into knowledge insights that can be applied to solve complex problems.
• Attend networking opportunities and public speaking engagements where appropriate Service Innovation and Learning are demonstrated.
• Contribute to continuous improvement opportunities, development of tools and services for Workplace as well as Design strategy delivery.
• Contribute to continuous learning for members of the team, locally & regionally
